Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to common questions about our services and programs

Who can benefit from your tutoring services?

Our tutoring services are designed for children aged 5-18 who need additional academic support. We work with students at all ability levels, from those who are struggling to those seeking extension opportunities. We also offer specialized support for students with learning differences.

How much do your services cost?

As a Community Interest Company, we offer a tiered pricing structure based on family income. Many of our group workshops are free, and one-on-one tutoring is available on a sliding scale. We also offer scholarships and fully subsidized programs for families facing financial hardship.

Do you offer online sessions?

Yes, we offer both in-person and online sessions. Our virtual learning platform allows students to connect with tutors from anywhere, with interactive tools that make online learning engaging and effective. We also provide all necessary learning materials digitally.

What qualifications do your tutors have?

All our tutors are either qualified teachers or specialists in their subject areas. They undergo a rigorous selection process including background checks, and receive ongoing training in our educational philosophy and safeguarding procedures. Many have postgraduate qualifications in education.

How do I get started with homeschooling support?

Begin by scheduling a free consultation with our homeschooling specialist. We'll discuss your educational goals, your child's learning style, and create a personalized plan. We provide curriculum guidance, learning materials, and ongoing support through regular check-ins and access to our resource library.
